K2 Development Companies
Over the past 20 years and beyond, our family-owned enterprise has been committed to our Northern California community through developing, acquiring, and rehabilitating multi-family, single-family, and mixed-use, and commercial development. In doing so, we have infused hundreds of millions of dollars of funding sources into the communities we serve.
At K2 Development, we’re on a mission to redevelop aging neighborhoods into vibrant and sustainable communities where families and businesses can flourish. We believe accessible, quality housing, well-planned streets, and well- designed storefronts are the basis for economic opportunity.
The principals at K2 bring a combined 70 years of development and construction experience to our multi-use, multi-family, and mixed- income development. Our experienced team is passionate about rehabilitating and transforming communities through development opportunities and is equipped to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.
