Built as part of a partnership with The McConnell Foundation, this six-story parking structure features 400 parking spaces. Several parking stalls are equipped with electric vehicle chargers. The sixth floor of the facility boasts beautiful views of Mount Lassen and Shasta Bally. It is a priority for The McConnell Foundation and for K2 to ensure the facility remains well-lit, clean, safe, and affordable to provide valuable off-street parking to bring more traffic to Downtown Redding businesses.
